Returns

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Pet food and treats
  • Grooming products
  • Personalized items
  • Any product marked as non-returnable
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover return shipping costs.
  • For customer-initiated returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
